Contabo is the best company for servers.

I use Contabo about 8 years. They have excellent support and great prices. I like how this company grow year by year and I'm happy to be part of they journey.

Good VPS provider

Good VPS provider. Good prices. Fast support. Got 5-6 servers from them. Dunno what else to say... just work fine.

5 days VPS down not resolving from support

5 days I have a problem and no solution from the support and I sent emails and called them, every time I sent an email, they reply to me after a day without a new solution and finally, they said you must pay to solve your problem and I said no problem, but I want to solve this problem and so far it has not been solved
please be serious about the data

The best VPS company on the market

I have been with Contabo for almost a year, and they have never failed me. I already had VPS in HDD and I am now in SSD, and they have a wonderful performance! Support is very kind, on the phone and in the email, always ready to help.
Due to problems with Level3, I started pinging my VPS in Nuremberg loudly. With this situation, they readily offered to migrate my VPS from Nuremberg to Munich. At the moment I am very satisfied with Contabo, and I wish one day to be able to visit one of the datacenters in person! Keep up the good work!
(and maybe later, you can always explore the market in Portugal, who knows maybe they have a datacenter here)

Server down unanswered by support

We have been using contabo services for a few years now, but after today I was very disappointed, customer support non-existent, I sent 3 emails (with no response) plus a call and we were more than 5 hours without servers and therefore without service for our customers because not reachable, and we could not understand what problem there was.
This is the server that has been down: 15156,
We have another server that every 7 days or so must be restarted because the cpu remains at 100%, host id: 3374.
we cannot run out of service or have at least one answer, after that we are considering moving to altivps of other managers.

good and friendly support

Thank you, I really appreciate the helpful and friendly service & support. Sometimes it takes a little longer on weekends, but the fact that they provide support on weekends, too (even late in the evening) is very much appreciated.

Not Good if you are thinking of running a business with it

Heard a lot of good review about contabo. so i thought of moving my services to contabo VDS. This is the biggest blunder i did. One fine morning they mailed me their is an abuse in my VDS. I got surprised because i didn't even fully started to use the server anyway, they gave me proof that some one is using my server to send phishing email. I asked their advice. They remained silent. anyway i changed something in my domain side and they said the problem is resolved. Within one month (today- 19/02/2021) night they sent the same mail and it landed in my spam box. and the next morning they mailed me that they have suspended the whole server and demanded 30 euro to unsuspended the account. Are you kidding? At least make sure i know the issue. or at least give me 24 hour to solve the issue. I have mailed them 10 times their is no reply. Still my account is suspended and i don't know what will happen to my valuable customer datas. DO NOT USE CONTABO TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Use-to use reseller club hosting packages for more than 1.5 years never had this kind of issues. Or at least i know i will get proper customer service. Going back to my previous service provider.
Update-1: They contacted with me and explained the whole situation but still not able to find out exact cause of problem.
Update-2: They co-ordinated with me and thoughout the process they made sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you. (03/04/2021)

Wonderfull service!

Wonderfull service!
This is one of the best on the market really cheap and no-one that i can find is going for this cheap!
DDOS protection great have not had one attack since i have paied for my vps's

Excellent option for the price

Excellent option for the price. Support through email is not fast but always reply within couple of hours.I have been using their vps for almost a year and didn't experience any downtime. The reason I didn't give 5 star is because their read/write speed is very low. My ssd vps has average 85MB/s write speed which is enough for my personal use but not suitable for anything professional.

The Company stole 48.48 euro from me.

The Company stole 48.48 euro from me.
The support said i could use It for later purchase but they didn't do it. They Just blocked my account.
Do not trust them.
